A shunt signal for movements not controlled by normal running signals. A proceed aspect is two white lights illuminated at 45 degrees. A stop aspect is 1 red and 1 white light illuminated horizontally. Unit consists of a cast aluminium body with mounting feet and a faceplate casting. The faceplate casting with integral hoods tilts back at 5 degrees from the vertical due to the tapered feet of the body casting. The lamp units take a MBC bulb or LED unit the lens is sealed to the faceplate by a rubber gasket like wise the faceplate is sealed to the body casting by a rubber gasket. Cable entry is at the rear of the box via a conduit or gland fitting. A shunt signal for movements past a normal running signal which is displaying a red (danger) aspect. The proceed aspect is two white lights illuminated at 45 degrees. When no lights show the main aspect of the running signal has to be obeyed. Unit consists of a cast aluminium body with mounting feet and a faceplate casting. The faceplate casting has integral hoods and a cast blanking plate. These signals are normally mounted to one side of the signal post underneath the main aspect to which they apply. The lamp units take a MBC bulb or LED unit the lens is sealed to the faceplate by a rubber gasket like wise the faceplate is sealed to the body casting by a rubber gasket. Cable entry is at the rear of the box via a conduit or gland fitting.
